Sportfishing is our bread and butter. Elliott Stark has fished all over the world and understands the fishing from a variety of perspectives—recreation, subsistence, pleasure, tourism, source of employment, generator of tax revenue and from the perspective of a fishing lodge manager.

Elliott has fished on four continents, worked in 18 countries, served as crewman on a yacht that transited the Panama Canal and is a spearfish shy of the Billfish Royal Slam. Elliott has worked with fishing tournaments, consulted on the construction of a marlin fishing boat, managed a floating marlin fishing lodge, been regional manager of a fishing apparel line and worked with fisheries management agencies in the United States and in Central America.

Elliott has more than 150 articles published in printed and digital media (in the United States and abroad) in the sportfishing, travel, conservation and culinary spaces.
